Jill Stanley isn’t your typical DJ, and that’s exactly the point. Before she was commanding dancefloors from Montauk to Mykonos, Jill was commanding courtrooms as a successful criminal defense attorney. With years of high-stakes litigation behind her, she knows how to read a room, control energy, and deliver with precision. But instead of case files and closing arguments, her tools now include drum patterns, hypnotic basslines, and expertly curated drops that hit just right.
Her musical journey is as fearless as her professional one. Jill’s sets are bold, sexy, and sophisticated, a seamless blend of tech house, deep house, and high-energy club cuts that feel both elevated and unapologetically fun. Her style reflects who she is: polished yet raw, deeply intentional but never predictable. She's played some of the most iconic venues on both sides of the Atlantic, from her crowd-pulling residency at The Surf Lodge in Montauk to her international sets at Soho Roc House in Mykonos. She even made history as the first-ever house DJ booked at the legendary Stephen Talkhouse, a venue known more for rock and jam bands than four-on-the-floor grooves.
But Jill’s influence goes beyond the booth. Her remix of LP Giobbi and Bklava’s “Sinner” won Femme House’s remix contest and was officially released on the legendary Defected Records, putting her production chops on the map. She also co-produced “Feel It” with the iconic Roland Clark, released via Handpicked Music and supported by Space Yacht. And when she’s not behind the decks or in the studio, Jill uses her platform to advocate for women in music, diversity in nightlife, and the power of reinvention at any stage in life.
